02 Response times
We answer support requests during U.S. business days and aim to respond within one business day. Account-impacting or security issues are prioritized. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce the problem so we can help on the first reply.
03 Integration guides
Recruvia connects to the tools your hiring team already uses. Each integration is connected by a Manager or Owner from Company Profile → Integrations, and each company connects and controls its own account.

04 Account & billing
Owners manage billing, branding, and integrations for their company; Managers handle recruiters and pipeline configuration. If you need a role change, a new seat, or help with a subscription, email support@recruvia.org from the address associated with your account.

Recruvia protects data with encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive fields, per-tenant access controls, and audit logging.
